Affiliate Network Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

e. Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Commissions
4.1. Commissions are earned based on the terms set by Merchants, as outlined in the respective affiliate program agreements.
4.2. Commissions will be paid on a regular basis, subject to minimum payout thresholds as set by the Affiliate Network.
4.3. The Affiliate Network reserves the right to adjust commission rates and terms at its sole discretion.
5. Payment
5.1. Payment will be made through the payment method specified by the Affiliate in the platform.
5.2. Affiliates are responsible for any taxes on the commissions they earn.
6. Termination
6.1. The Affiliate Network reserves the right to terminate an Affiliate’s account, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
6.2. Affiliates may terminate their account with a written notice, and all pending commissions will be paid out as per the network’s policies.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. Affiliates must obtain explicit permission to use any trademarks, logos, or copyrighted materials of Merchants and the Affiliate Network.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. The Affiliate Network shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services or any information provided.
9. Modifications to Terms
9.1. These Terms and Conditions may be updated or modified at any time, and it is the responsibility of the Affiliate to regularly review the terms.
10. Governing Law
